Member Registration Rules
Members are licensed mental health providers who may list a paid profile on EquippedToProsper.com to market their mental health services on the directory.
To create an account Members will provide their name, email, and password. To have a listed profile or published articles Members will provide us with accurate information when registering a profile account. Members should not share their account information (member username and member password) with another person. Members are responsible for the activities of any individual who may access the Member’s account through This Website. Members should inform Us immediately of any unauthorized access to their account.
During the term agreement, if We notice that you have posted false information, misled and misrepresented your identification information, credentials, and business services Equipped To Prosper has full authority to end your registration and/or prevent your access to This Website.
Members are required to notify Us at support@equippedtoprosper.com if their license has been suspended, revoked, or expired. Members are required to remove the Verification Seal from their website if their license has been suspended, revoked, or expired.

Equipped To Prosper is a curated directory created to exclusively feature providers who are Africans, whether born on the continent or in the diaspora, and who are directly connected to an African country through culture, heritage, or lived experience. The Website exists to connect African therapy seekers with African providers for deeply aligned, culturally and spiritually attuned care.
By submitting an application to join Equipped To Prosper, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Provider listings are reserved for individuals who are Africans and meet the cultural and heritage criteria described above. Equipped To Prosper prioritizes providers who demonstrate cultural fluency, lived experience, and a genuine connection to the communities we serve.
2. Right to Review and Approve:
All provider submissions are subject to review. Equipped To Prosper reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or decline any provider profile or application without obligation to provide explanation or justification.
3. Ongoing Alignment:
If at any point a provider’s listing is found to misrepresent their identity or misalign with the mission and core values of the Website, Equipped To Prosper reserves the right to remove or suspend the listing at any time.
4. Non-Discrimination Disclaimer:
This eligibility process is rooted in cultural and mission-based alignment and is not intended to discriminate based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any protected class under local, state, or federal law.
Contribution Rules
Members acknowledge that the content you post to This Website through your profile or articles is your original creation and that you have the full right, power, and authority to grant the rights to Equipped To Prosper. You acknowledge that you have not posted your articles anywhere else before.
