My name is Alice. I was born and raised in Ghana and I currently live in Columbus, Ohio. I am a licensed mental health counselor and a Ph.D. Candidate.
I am a trauma and resilience psychotherapist specializing in helping high-achieving African women overcome complex trauma and build lasting emotional wellness. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I use evidence-based techniques to guide clients through healing past wounds, reclaiming their power, and thriving in both personal and professional spaces.
My approach is compassionate, culturally attuned, and rooted in understanding the unique challenges faced by the Contemporary African Woman. Whether you’re navigating stress, past trauma, or feelings of disconnection, I am here to support you in developing resilience and reclaiming your narrative.
I am passionate about creating safe, nonjudgmental spaces where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we will work to break free from patterns that no longer serve you and move toward a life of purpose and fulfillment.
